"Macchiaiolo" is certainly a pecorino of great value, an excellence of the production range of L'AMATRICIANO, which, as you can guess from the name itself, contains the most prestigious product of the undergrowth, that is, the truffle. Obtained from a skilful blend, it is characterized by the exceptional flavor: the intense and aromatic notes of the truffle blend perfectly with the sweetness of sheep's milk in a combination of surprising aromas, fragrances and flavors. Unique product of its kind, characterized by a balanced structure resulting from careful maturation and seasoning that takes place in a humid environment for a period of at least 6 months. Round-shaped cheese with straight amber-colored side, whose texture appears compact with important dark streaks due to the presence of the precious finely chopped tuber.
