It provided that the best Vernale was produced in spring with sheep's milk obtained from the rich flowering pastures of the wintering plains, in the imminence of the long-awaited return journey that the shepherds with their flocks would soon undertake to Amatrice and the beloved mountains. A never long-aged cheese, highly sought after because it is sweet and tasty, with absolutely personal and very pleasant fragrant notes.
