An appealing proposal, that of our Pecorino al Peperoncino "Diavolicchio", based on one spiciness that in the mouth surprises and boldly provokes, but never attacks. Aperitif or passing fancy it is wonderful and impertinent with one iced champenois, it always radiates a sense of warmth. The processing is accurate and scrupulously follows one particular recipe dedicated to a combination of flavors that was celebrated each autumn, when the pecorino of the Amatrice shepherds came together with the Apulian cuisine, of which the chili was and has always been the undisputed king. Diavolicchio, besides being the most used name in the Apulian dialects to indicate the chili, is also the name conferred by Gabriele D'Annunzio (a sweet inspiration of ours "Selection of Excellence") in his "Ode al Diavolicchio".
